This is the original presentation of this heartwarming Christmas classic and is brought to you with the complete background story. If you don’t believe in Santa, you will after seeing this film! Starring Edmund Gwenn, Maureen O'Hara, John Payne and Gene Lockhart and a wonderful supporting cast. This timeless black and white film will fill your heart with Christmas cheer. And, believe it or not, when first released, it wasn’t even advertised as a Christmas film. (As you can see by the poster below.) Attendees will enjoy this timeless holiday tale that continues to make Christmas magic for adults and children! 1940’s Christmas music is included along with a book, memorabilia and autograph display. And you will see that the film has a rare tie to Long Island that still exists today!
